More mindless vandalism at Newmilns Nature Site

by Mark Davies

Unfortunately, sometime in the course of last week and when things were looking much more positive for the site, several large trees have been destroyed by those of restricted intelligence. The hard work by various people including the community council to have the path network resurfaced and other ongoing improvements for the benefit of the local community are once again taken a step back by low capacity people who add little value to anything. If you have any information, please call your community police on 01563 505242

Totally agree Mark was on site on Wednesday afternoon after receiving your e-mail, and yet another four tree's have been felled, one had been left standing by about one inch of trunk, which has now been dropped these morrons do not realise the harm they could do to to inocent bypassers, if they want to kill themselves please do it else where, if anybody knows who is guilty of this vandalism contact the police or one of your community councilors and we will deal with it, as well as Mark ourselves (community council) the school children have put a lot of work into this site only to have it destroyed by nothing more than idiots out for a weird thrill.
